Google Voice sneaks on iPhone

Posted in Media by aldorf on January 27, 2010

Google Voice makes calls free or very cheap for international dialing along with transcriptions of your voicemail and free text messages, which challenges parts of the core revenue model for mobile operators. App only available through http://m.google.com/voice.

I love Google Voice. There SMS feature actually got me into it. I am able to send free text messages to Bangladesh, India, and USA. It saves me some good money on my texting program from Verizon Wireless because I can use that to text. I think Google always does a good job of giving users what they require and need. I have heard in the future they are incorporating Voice with the Android. Plus they purchased a new VoIP company which they will mix with the other two to give some quality features. I need to get myself an Androind now haha.
